"Comfort Specialists Heating & Cooling gets more than 5 Stars from me. After over $1000 with City Heating & Cooling, Michael came in and found instantly two capacitors shot. One had oil leaking out of it. The other was bad and it's where City changed the points and said it was good to go. It wasn't good to go and tell me they're not price gouging. Points changed on one capacitor that wasn't working and it cost $431. City can take me to court to get that $$$
